The video must clearly show the entire process of opening the package and discovering the defect or the incorrect product. Please ensure the video is unedited and includes a clear view of the product and its condition upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@suvasi.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the unboxing video in your message.
2. Review: Our team will review your video and determine the eligibility for a return or exchange.
3. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Suvasi will cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
4. Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-4 working days.
